Terms and Conditions for Applicants
1. Introduction
By creating an account and submitting your application through this portal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data during our recruitment activities, whether for positions within our organisation or on behalf of our client organisations.
2. Purpose of Data Collection
We collect and process your personal data solely for legitimate recruitment and related administrative purposes, which may include:
• Managing applications for employment either with our organisation or client companies that we represent;
• Assessing your suitability, experience, and qualifications for specific roles;
• Communicating with you regarding recruitment progress, interviews, and outcomes; and
• Complying with legal, regulatory, and reporting obligations relating to employment and data protection.
3. Personal Data Collected
We may collect and process the following categories of personal data:
• Identification and contact details (name, ID/passport, address, phone, email);
• Education, skills, and employment history;
• Professional qualifications, references, and work samples;

• Our legitimate interest in conducting recruitment activities or fulfilling mandates with client organisations.
5. Use and Sharing of Data
• Your personal data will be used exclusively for recruitment and related processes, whether internal or for client assignments.
• Where recruitment is conducted on behalf of a client, your personal data will be shared only with the relevant client organisation for purposes of assessing your suitability for the specific role.
• All such client organisations are required, under written agreements, to handle your information in compliance with applicable data protection laws and to use it solely for recruitment purposes.
• We do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal information to unrelated third parties.
6. Data Retention
• We will retain your data for as long as necessary to complete the recruitment process or as required by law.
• If your application is unsuccessful, your data may be retained for up to 12 months to consider you for future opportunities (either within our organisation or for our clients), unless you request deletion earlier.
7. Data Protection and Security
We take all reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, or misuse. Access to your data is restricted to authorised staff and client representatives directly involved in recruitment.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
• Access, correct, or delete your personal data;
• Withdraw consent at any time;
• Object to processing; and
• Request transfer of your data to another controller, where applicable.
